Shipping: Orders ship the next business day from our Chicago-based warehouse via FedEx Ground (3–4 business days). Tracking included.

Exchanges: Free exchanges are available for sizing issues on full-price slippers only.

Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy on new, unused items with tags attached. If the return is not due to our error, a shipping fee of $17.99 per item and $6 for each additional item will apply. These slippers ship in large 15x8x7 packages, so please review the description carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After that, shipping costs may still apply.
