We normally ship on the next business day via FedEx Ground, with tracking provided. Estimated delivery is 3–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and carrier conditions.

Thoughtful packaging

Your slippers arrive wrapped in kraft paper and packed in a recyclable box, with as little plastic as possible. Simple, carefully presented, and finished with a personal touch—lovely for gifting or keeping for yourself.

Returns and size exchanges 

We want you to feel comfortable with your choice. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for new, unused slippers with tags attached.

Size exchanges: There is no exchange fee. You are responsible for shipping the original pair back to us.

Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

If a return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.
