Sheepskin Slippers Care and Washing Guide

Washing Instructions
- 1 Remove loose dirt and debris by gently brushing with a soft-bristled brush
- 2 Fill a basin with lukewarm water (not hot) and add a small amount of wool-specific detergent we use woolite or simply soap
- 3 Gently hand wash the slippers, avoiding excessive rubbing or wringing, repeat if needed on a larger area
- 4 Rinse thoroughly with clean lukewarm water until all soap is removed
- 5 Gently squeeze out excess water without twisting or wringing, use towel to dry it
Drying Instructions
- 1 Stuff slippers with clean towels or newspaper to help maintain shape
- 2 Place in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources
- 3 Allow 24-48 hours for complete drying, changing stuffing material if needed
- 4 Once dry, gently brush the sheepskin to restore its natural texture
Daily Maintenance
- 1 Allow slippers to air out between wears to prevent odor buildup, however natural sheepskin lanolin helps with odor buildup
