That is what we had in mind with our Follkee Everyday Slippers: simple sheepskin slip-ons with natural wool underfoot and natural rubber soles. Handcrafted in Poland, they bring warmth and softness to the moments between everything else.

You get up, put the kettle on, and make your way across a cold kitchen floor. Later, you sit down to answer a few emails. By evening, your shoes come off and you finally have a moment to yourself.
These are the moments we make slippers for.
The open heel makes them easy to slip into, while the covered front keeps your toes cozy. Leave them beside your bed or near the door, and they soon become part of your routine.
And if your household is anything like ours, someone may occasionally borrow them. Somehow, the most comfortable things in a home have a way of becoming shared property.
From morning coffee to collecting the mail
Sometimes, everyday life takes you just beyond the front door: collecting the mail, picking up a package, or stepping onto the porch for a little fresh air.
The natural rubber soles make these slippers practical for those brief trips outside on dry surfaces. Then it is straight back to the kitchen, your desk, or the sofa.
They can handle brief exposure to light rain or snow, but the shallow sole tread offers limited traction and may feel slippery on wet, snowy, or icy surfaces. For the best experience, keep outdoor trips short and stick to dry ground whenever possible.

The construction is simple, and we like being clear about what is inside.
The upper is genuine sheepskin leather. Inside, natural shearling wool surrounds your feet, with natural wool providing the cushioning underfoot. Soft natural rubber forms the outsole.
There is no foam, no sponge, and no artificial cushioning beneath your feet. The softness comes from wool itself.
For us, these details are part of the reason to choose a pair. You should know what your feet are resting on, especially in something you reach for every day.
A softer start on cold floors
Wood and tile can look beautiful and feel chilly first thing in the morning. Wool adds a soft, insulating layer between your feet and the floor.
It is a small change to your day: slippers on before the coffee is ready, warm toes while you prepare breakfast, something comfortable to wear while the house slowly wakes up.
They are equally at home under your desk or beside your favorite reading chair. Everyday comfort does not need a special occasion.
Made by hand, with their own character
Our Everyday Slippers are handcrafted in Poland and shipped from our Chicago-based workshop and warehouse.
Because we use real sheepskin, slight differences in shade and wool texture are natural. One pair may have a slightly different tone from another. That individual character is part of what we appreciate about working with natural materials.

Finding your everyday pair
A good everyday slipper needs to fit your foot as well as your routine.
This style is designed for regular-width feet and an average instep. Check the size chart and measure both feet, using the longer foot as your reference. If you are between sizes, have wide feet, or need more room over the top of your foot, contact us before ordering.
The cushioning comes from wool; these slippers do not have a structured arch-support insert.
How to care for sheepskin slippers
A pair you wear often deserves a little care along the way. Let your slippers air between wears, gently remove loose dirt, and allow them to dry naturally if they become damp. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, and direct heat.
