Care:
✔ The Relugan sheepskin stroller should be regularly shaken and exposed to sunlight and wind.
✔ Regular brushing of the hair is advised to maintain softness and remove dust and any dirt. Special brushes for sheepskin can be used for this purpose.
✔ For more intense stains, you can use water or a lanolin-based liquid specifically designed for cleaning sheepskins - apply it to the wool using a sponge or cloth. Use cold or warm water (not hot). Remember to proceed gently.
✔ Do not soak or wash the insert.
✔ After cleaning, the stroller insert should be allowed to dry slowly and laid flat at room temperature, away from heat sources and sunlight.

We ship on the next business day from our Chicago-based Warehouse. Our delivery time is 3 to 4 business days or earlier. through FedEx ground with tracking number.
We use recyclable and sustainable packing avoiding plastic as much as we can.

Returns:

We are a 100% customer satisfaction company, we stand behind our product and our return policy is 30 days on the new unused product with tags attached. However, if a return is not our fault we will be charging a shipping fee for this product of $17.99 per piece, and $6 for each additional piece. Shipping is expensive these are large 15x8x7 packages.
